Working as the General Prime, conversion of a 6-story plus basement department store into Lackawanna County’s headquarters.  Our work included demolition, new concrete, CMU, main entry turnstiles; construct new courts, various county offices, sheriff and holding cells, and restrooms; roofing, doors/frames & hardware, ACT, flooring, cabinets and painting
